Harvest and Production
This 100% Cabernet Franc was meticulously crafted to capture the essence of the Rocks District. The wine was aged for 18 months in a combination of 25% new French oak and 13% new American oak barrels. This oak regimen enhances the wine's structure and complexity. The aging process contributes to the subtle integration of flavors, resulting in a refined and balanced wine. The final product has an alcohol content of 13.8%, a pH of 3.88, and a total acidity of 5.62 g/L.
