Smalll batch fermentation in stainless steel.  The Geneva Double Curtain trellis that this wine was born from creates an amazing and generous mouthfeel for Cabernet Sauvignon.  Planted on a Block that sits adjacent the Valley's oldest Cabernet planting's (Windrow Vineyard) this McClellan (Anna Marie North) Block is born of Umapine Silt Loam and carries distinct characteristics of Blueberry fruit and soft dusty tannins.
