Harvest and Production
Watermill has been growing Nebbiolo at Dugger Creek Vineyard for over a decade, producing a highly requested wine by our wine club members and tasting room guests. This limited release of 61 cases showcases a blend of 75% Clone 1 and 25% Lampia Clone Nebbiolo. The wine was barrel-aged for 18 months in neutral wood barrels, fermented in 2-ton stainless steel fermenters using the popular Barolo yeast (BRL97), which enhances its fruitiness and structure.
