2021 Hallowed Stones Syrah

The Hallowed Stones wines are the culmination of our multi-generational efforts to create the purest expressions of terroir and to let our estate fruit tell the story of the rocky soils on which it is grown. The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater is unique in the winegrowing world -  vines are planted directly into the rocky soils and the grapes hang nearly to the ground in order to maximize their exposure to the solar radiation provided by the river stones, and to absorb minerality through the roots that weave through the rocks.

This wine is lush both on the nose and pallet, with every sniff and sip, you will contunie to find new notes and flavors to enjoy. This wine opens with stewed stawberries and raspberries. enermingled on the pallet with light peper, vinialla, cocoa, hints of raspberries with a long rounded finish this wine is true showstopper.
