Production
Israel crafted this wine with meticulous attention to detail, fermented in stainless steel open-top tanks to preserve the purity of its fruit. Aged 18 months in 33% new French oak, enhancing its complexity and structure while allowing the varietal's inherent power and elegance to shine.

The 2021 Petit Verdot boasts a deep red hue with a captivating blue vignette.
